3. Hosting and Website Operation (Wix)

This website is operated using Wix.com Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel.

As part of the hosting services, personal data may be processed on Wix servers. This includes in particular:

• Referrer URL

• Browser type and operating system

Wix stores data on servers in various countries, including Israel, the United States and other third countries.

4. Contract Processing and Use of the Online Shop

When purchasing services, the following personal data may be processed:

• Project address (if applicable)

• Booked services

• Payment data

• Communication data

The processing is carried out for pre-contractual measures and contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The data is required to process the contract and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax retention requirements).

The technical processing of orders is carried out via Wix systems.

 

5. Payment Processing

For payment processing, personal data is transmitted to external payment service providers.

5.1 PayPal

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg

If PayPal is selected, the data required for payment processing will be transmitted to PayPal.

PayPal may transfer data to third countries (in particular the United States).
Appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

5.2 Stripe

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland

When paying by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or SEPA, payment data is transmitted to Stripe.

Stripe may transfer data to third countries (e.g. the United States).
Such transfers are based on standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email), the following data may be processed:

6.1 Email Communication (IONOS)

Email communication is handled via IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

Data is processed for efficient communication and handling of inquiries.

 

7. Onboarding and Project Processing (Google Forms)

To provide services, Google Forms is used (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland).

The following data may be processed:

• Name (optional)

• Email address

• Project address

• Information about room usage

• Budget information

• Personal preferences

• Uploaded files (e.g. photos, floor plans, sketches)

Processing is carried out for contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data may be stored on Google servers. Transfers to the United States cannot be excluded.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

 

8. File Uploads

During project execution, files (e.g. images, floor plans, documents) may be submitted.

These are processed exclusively for the execution of the respective project.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

 

9. Cookies and Consent Management

This website uses a consent management platform provided by Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany.

Cookies are used to:
