Withdrawal Policy

Right of  Withdrawal​

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.​ The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Compensation for Services Already Provided

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed me of your withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed that the performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
