A structured Design Handbook (PDF) as a foundation for implementation.

Included:

• Scaled, furnished 2D floor plan

• Relevant dimensions for furniture

• Suggested furniture layout

• Recommendations for suitable furniture sizes

• Definition of functional and usage zones

• Brief written explanation of the planning

• Guidance on optimal use of the space

• One round of refinement within the existing layout concept
  

The Design Handbook serves as a clear basis for decision-making and implementation, including purchasing and execution. This package includes functional layout planning only.

Not included:

• Development of a design, style, or color concept

• Specific furniture or product recommendations

• 3D visualizations

• Meetings or on-site appointments

• Alternative planning options or additional revision rounds

• Architectural services, structural changes, or floor plan modifications

1. Selection & Booking

The desired package is selected and booked on a binding basis.

2. Confirmation & Onboarding After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email including:

• a brief overview of the next steps

• a link to the onboarding questionnaire

• an upload option for relevant documents

• an indication of the estimated turnaround time
  

3. Submission of Materials All required plans, measurements, and information are submitted digitally via the questionnaire.

4. Project Start The exact project start is coordinated individually.The planning phase begins once all materials have been fully submitted and payment has been received.

5. Planning Based on the provided information, the 2D layout plan is developed.

6. Delivery The completed Design Handbook (PDF) is delivered via email.

7. Refinement (optional) Within 5 days of delivery, one round of refinement is included within the existing layout concept. Fundamental redesigns or alternative concepts are not included.

8. Completion After the refinement - or if no adjustments are requested - the project is considered complete.sen.

Communication throughout the project takes place entirely digitally - via email or WhatsApp. The completed Design Handbook is delivered as a PDF via email once the planning phase is finished.

After purchase, a digital onboarding questionnaire will be provided. It includes all relevant questions about the current and intended use of the space, as well as the option to upload all necessary planning documents directly.

The following are particularly required:

• Photos of the entire room

• A floor plan with dimensions:

  • either an existing, dimensioned architectural floor plan

  • or a hand-drawn, dimensioned sketch with all relevant measurements

• Ceiling height

• Dimensions of relevant existing furniture
  

The quality of the planning depends on the accuracy of the information provided.

• Booking a package constitutes a binding purchase.

• The processing time will be communicated individually once all required documents have been fully submitted.

• Open-plan layouts (e.g. living / dining / kitchen) must be booked as separate rooms.

• Rooms with multiple functions should be selected as a “multi-purpose room.”

• Procurement, purchasing, and implementation are carried out independently.

• The planning does not include structural, technical, or regulatory assessments.

• The planning is based on the provided measurements and information. No liability can be assumed for their accuracy or completeness.

• For digital services, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once execution of the service has begun.
